"Looking at History" - textile - 12”x12”
"Looking for Light" was part of a Fibre Art Network exhibition that toured Canada and the US for two years and the exhibition was titled 'Abstraction' . One artist did the realistic portrayal of a subject and another artist did the abstract portrayal. I was teamed up with Alberta Artist Joyce Brown who did an impressionistic version of a photo she took while hiking in the mountains. I focussed on the forest aspect and abstracted the trees 'looking for light'.
